We reserve the right to accept or reject any orders placed through our Site. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products. Because our items are specially made to order, our policy dictates that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged, and no refunds will be issued.
SIZING
The fit of our products may vary depending on the cut, fabric, and style of each item. Some products are designed to have a loose and relaxed fit, while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the size that best suits you.
COLORS
While we make every effort to display the colours of the products on our Site as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as electronic screens vary. Furthermore, colours in photographs may differ slightly from the actual product.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES :-
- Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without prior notice.
- Liability: We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
DELIVERY: -
Products will be delivered within 6–8 weeks, depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries or queries, please contact us at +91 98189 28469. Please note that deliveries may be delayed if any of the following issues occur:
Information:
- Complete payment has not been received.
- Address details provided are incorrect or inaccurate.
- Required measurements are missing.
- There is no timely response from the customer.
We do our best to ensure your product reaches you on time. To expedite the process, we have partnered with several third-party vendors for quick deliveries. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Shipping within India is completely free of charge and borne by us. However, international shipping incurs additional charges calculated based on the weight and volume of the product, as well as the destination country. International shipping charges will be shared with you upon inquiry.
SALE
LIZ PAUL can offer some of its products at promotional prices however, we note that the sold outfits cannot be exchanged/returned strictly. Advance received for a sale outfit cannot be reimbursed/refunded under any circumstances. Alteration/resizing of sale outfits will not be done for any outfits offered on sale.
DELIVERY POLICIES
LIZ PAUL uses third-party logistics for all courier and dispatch services. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by these logistics teams. We bear the shipping costs for all deliveries within India. For international orders, shipping charges must be paid by the client. Please note that we do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
UNDELIVERED OUTFITS
LIZ PAUL will dispatch outfits as promised upon receipt of full payment. If a client wishes to collect their outfit from our physical store, they must notify the respective store at least 48 hours in advance and allow 2–3 hours for a fitting trial. The outfit will remain at the store until the assured delivery date.
If a dispatched outfit is undelivered and returned to us, or if an in-store order is not picked up, we will attempt to contact the client to arrange re-delivery. If we are unable to reach the client, we will hold the outfit safely for a maximum of 3 months. If there is no communication or response from the client after these 3 months, LIZ PAUL will retain the amount paid, and the outfit will be discarded.
